Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These terms govern your use of the AlgoFit mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using AlgoFit you agree to them.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Where paid subscriptions are offered, they are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices and periods are shown in the App before you buy.

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security → Delete account in the App.

5. Health & medical disclaimer

The App provides general fitness information only. Content is not intended as medical advice and does not replace a physician, dietitian or other qualified professional. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Exercise involves inherent risks — stop if you experience pain or discomfort.

6. AI-generated content

Programs, nutrition menus and coaching suggestions are generated by AI based on the information you provide. They are suggestions, not prescriptions, may contain errors, and should be reviewed against your own judgement and a professional where appropriate.

7. Privacy & data

We process the data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time through the App settings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoFit is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from acting on its content.
